1. Overview
SingSpace provides a subscription service that allows you to access digital content such as games, applications, ringtones, wallpapers, fitness content, and streaming recommendations on compatible internet-connected devices (“Services”).
By subscribing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province/territory) and are payment-responsible.
2. Account
To use the Services, you need internet access, a compatible device, and a undefined mobile account.
By registering, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Billing
Fees. The subscription costs CAD $15.00 per 30 days, plus applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Payment method. Charges appear on your undefined mobile bill.
Free trials. If offered, the duration and subsequent charges will be clearly stated at sign-up.
Trials are available once per user.
4. Conditions of Use
Age requirement. You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your province/territory, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
Authorized use. The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not misuse, copy, or interfere with the Services, or use them in ways that break the law.
Access to content. Available content may vary by region, device, or subscription type and may change from time to time.
Updates. By using the Services, you agree to receive updates to ensure functionality and security.
Devices. Device compatibility is your responsibility.

You are granted a limited, revocable license for personal use only.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
Certain sections (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property) will survive termination.
12. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and SingSpace. We may assign our rights; you may not without consent.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
